What in the hoot is going on with those bells ringing?

Church bells were ringing on every hour ,every 15 minutes and now adding 30 minutes songs .

I went to the garage on a Wednesday night around 7:00 p.m. church bells rung for atlest 30 minutes. On a Saturday morning around 10:00 a.m. I stepped out on the porch only to hear bells ringing for over 30 minutes.

Because the law cannot intefere with church bell noise ,common sense and respect for the neighborhood should render less bell ringing.
